Washiners LLC provides professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, exterior cleaning, auto detailing, water damage restoration, and related services based on customer requests submitted through our website or other communication channels.

2. Quotes and Scheduling

Customers may request a quote and schedule services through our website. All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer and may be subject to adjustment if on-site conditions differ.

Appointment availability may vary and is subject to confirmation by Washiners LLC.

3. Payments

For one-time services, payment is due after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For customers enrolled in the Washiners Care Plan, billing is processed on a recurring monthly basis according to the selected plan frequency. Monthly charges continue until the customer cancels the subscription.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable advance notice. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability. Care Plan subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting us.

5. SMS Messaging Program

Program Description

Washiners LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding their cleaning and restoration services. By providing your phone number and consenting on our booking form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Washiners LLC.

Our SMS program includes:

•Transactional messages — Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival notifications, and service follow-ups.

•Marketing messages — Promotional offers and service announcements, sent only to customers who have explicitly opted in.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service schedule. Transactional messages are sent as needed around your appointments. Marketing messages are sent periodically. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 4704709897. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Washiners LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
