3. SMS Opt-In and Communications

SMS Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Washiners LLC.

We operate two separate SMS programs:

•Transactional SMS — Appointment confirmations, service reminders, technician arrival notifications, and follow-up messages. These are sent as part of your service and are enabled by default when you provide your phone number.

•Marketing SMS — Promotional offers, discounts, and service announcements. These are only sent if you explicitly opt in by checking the marketing consent checkbox on our form.

Message frequency may vary depending on your service schedule and preferences.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 4704709897. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

4. No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
